How can we plan for sustainable success? We must turn knowledge into strategic plans to develop or enhance customer focused services or organizational efficiency differentiation. Understanding your proposition in relation to client segmentation will lead to improved strategic analysis and decision making.

Participants in this program will gain the ability to develop brand awareness and support business development. Leaders or those aspiring to become leaders will develop and deliver cross functional plans through analysis of methods of delivery of your business drivers and developing reactive strategies to deliver business drivers during the next 12 months. A series of cost vs. benefit exercises provides practice making better and faster decisions, preparing them to more actively engaged in fee structure and service development to support client expansion and/or profitability improvement. Focus on both managing and coaching behavior allows leaders to motivate and leverage resources, getting the most from others.
