Linking to key role responsibilities and core competencies enables rapid learning through an application environment, especially for experienced people. By using real-life scenarios and pressures relevant to the key role, actors and trained coaches manage the entire process, modelling best practices to improve performance and retain top performers.

Focused individual coaching and feedback is provided throughout the day to help identify key talent for future roles. Following the program, a diagnostic report on all participants, both skills and understanding is provided. Each report provides scoring and comments by the coach to enable a defined IDP (Individual Development Plan) based on recommendations on development of team, specific and targeted training activities and role appraisal and fit. Includes 6 e-learning videos.
