It’s been my good fortune to have created and lead businesses in 13 countries on 3 continents. I am currently the Chairman and Co-Founder of CloudChomp and Chairman of Baker Communications. CloudChomp is a software company that helps organizations programmatically assess cloud migration opportunities, and Baker Communications is a consulting firm that helps enterprises create, implement and sustain sales effectiveness projects for companies including Amazon Web Services, T-Mobile, SAP, and many others. Prior to my current roles, I founded and created successful exit events for two software companies, Asset Optimization Group & CertiSource.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Christie is responsible for both internal and customer-facing web applications while assuring the successful execution of the company's mission by exploring opportunities for innovation, assessing marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles, and planning for risk and growth.
Christie also leads a Business Optimization and Software Development team focused on helping clients optimize the use of their CRM systems.
VP of Partner and Product Development
As VP of Partner and Product Development Shelby is leading the design and expansion of the end-to-end data driven sales enablement products and services that help our customers achieve their business outcomes. Shelby has spent 20 years in the field of learning and development. She has extensive experience in the disciplines of training delivery and facilitation, instructional design, professional coaching and building consultative partnerships with internal and external customers to design and implement comprehensive training and development programs. She spent several years creating and deploying competency assessment strategies for two large global organizations. She brings to this role her experience with competency assessment combined with her passion for performance improvement to develop the solutions and partnerships that touch each stage of the sales professional's journey as they move to skilled proficiency in their role. In doing so, she is transforming the way (sales) organizations achieve results.
SVP of Readiness and Research
As the guiding hand for both customer success and product design, Michael ensures we are ready and deliver on our promises to our global customers while creating a culture of success and ongoing achievement. He is intimately involved in planning and executing ongoing product enhancements, implementation, and innovative new developments.
Michael has also been a speaker, trainer and coach for over two decades, receiving highest marks and accolades in his collaboration with many of the world's most successful companies.
Chief of Staff
Joe joined our team in April 2016, after many years in the learning industry. He ran Oracle and PeopleSoft's learning operations, as well as helped launched many technology-based educational companies in his prior roles.
As Chief of Staff, Joe is responsible for the end-to-end, post-sale customer experience, as well as expanding the depth of the learning portfolio. He is also responsible for supporting the company's digital transformation and micro-learning development strategy.
VP of Growth, Strategy & Development
William has over 25 years of experience in inside/outside sales, sales management, customer service, supply chain management, operations, international business consulting, and corporate education. He is an engaging and talented facilitator with a results-oriented and highly informative style. While working with large corporations specifically in the technology industry, he has provided training at the local, corporate, and national levels in person as well as virtually. William has extensive experience in sales, negotiations, presentations and strategy development across multiple industries, geographies and industries.

Isidro has been with BCI for over 13 years and has exceeded 150% of quota each year. He is known amongst us at Baker as a person who brings high morals, integrity, loyalty, truthfulness, and a strong sense of teamwork to the workforce. Time and time again he has proven that he takes on every challenge in life and turns it into an opportunity to grow stronger and better. He's constantly defining new levels of success and showing us that there are no boundaries when it comes to the human potential. Professionally, he views that the "customer experience" is the last differentiator in the business world and that's where he puts his focus and energy. His primary goal is to focus on ensuring that we can deliver excellence to our customers and to make the experience the best it can be while maximizing outcomes and ROI.

Ted leads our global team of facilitators to deliver current-day best practices to market leading organizations. He enjoys watching growth happen when training participants have that "ah ha" moment and begin to close their good-to-great gap. He also provides support for development of training and coaching programs for many of our clients.

Director of Global Operations & Logistics
As Director of Global Operations & Logistics Jane has the honor of supporting our customers and seeing that they receive a "WOW" customer experience.
Since joining the BCI team in 2011, Jane has played a key role in ensuring uninterrupted logistics across the globe and that delivery of projects and materials meet client's expectations. Jane's collaborative and supportive work ethic helps to support the Sales, Marketing, Accounting and Leadership teams. Jane also assures efficient and effective operations of all BCI's processes.

Since joining BCI in 2017, Mackenzie has played a key role in our Logistics Team with our international workshops. She brings 5 years of customer service and administrative experience to the team. Mackenzie is customer focused, friendly and dedicated to ensuring the customers' needs are fulfilled.

Nicole has decades of Logistics and Accounting experience. Over the years she has mastered the art of customer service. Nicole is a passionate, optimistic and dedicated person that loves being a team player. With her innovative approach to customer service she helps our clients focus on their success.
Before joining Baker Communications Gary was with CloudChomp as their Chief Technology Officer. Prior to CloudChomp, Gary was with BindView Development for twelve years, also serving as their CTO. There he was accountable for product development, program management, product management, IT, support, and their technology vision. Gary is also an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified; and a Professional SCRUM Master 1. As CTO, Gary manages Baker's in-house software development and drives the overall corporate technology vision forward.
