The instructor was wonderful and very engaging. Did a great job at talking about how negotiations specifically benefitted each of us individually. I believe having a smaller group was an advantage to having more personalized training. I would recommend keeping smaller group because I would not have been able to have the same personalized benefit in a large group setting.
