Felt like it was more of a group think tank than an actual class. I understand needing active participation for the sake of practicing soft skills (and maybe this is just me being the problem as I prefer to do lecture style trainings instead of constant comfort zone breaking activities) but I was kind of hoping more for learning techniques and taking notes on elevated customer service. Maybe live examples through video/audio would have helped expand upon utilizing the techniques for real life.
Being able to take in both classes, enjoyed how the instructor was able to tailor the content to room and the varying behavioral styles. Other than our pilots we have not provided our non-pilot Team Members a lot of outside classes / training, it was exciting to see our Team engage and be open to leaning new skills. Overall a positive experience, the materials are on point, presented professionally with some fun and laughter mixed in.
The instructor did an amazing job at explaining all of the slides. He was funny and kept the group engaged and focused. Everyone participated. He was able to explain everything so we have a better understanding of how to communicate. I hightly recomend this class, not just for customers, but all interactions with others.
It was an interesting experience, I enjoyed the fact that it was interactive while also informative. The presenter was very good iat delivering information while making the experience more enjoyable. It was an overall great experience which I would recommend to everyone who might benefit from it.
I have only been with ITW Paslode but as management have went through many different classes and this one by far the best. The time flew by. The instructor was knowledgeable with the subject manner and was a fantastic presenter. I would recomend the instructor 110%
The instructor was really awesome at explaining the emotional and practical impacts of the personality assessments and at no point was I bored at all. She was also very open to hearing about how we felt and helping us brainstorm ways to implement her strategies.

“The instructor was very engaging and presented the material well. Even though this was a customer service focused program it lent to other gaps within our business. Having other departments participate gave everyone a better understanding of how individuals process and handle issues. It gave a idea of the challenges they face and provided an opportunity for all of us to reflect on the end goal and how we can be better on getting there.
