Technical Presentations

Delivering technical presentations offers unique challenges which go beyond those found in a standard business presentation, especially when presenting to non-technical audiences. Not only will the presenter need to possess effective delivery skills, but the content will need to be organized in such a way as to make it understandable and accessible to the target audience. In other words, the presentation must be aligned with the technical expertise and overall needs of the listeners.

Key learning component: The workshop is supported by 19 e-learning videos and includes up to four individual video recorded exercises followed by one-on-one coaching sessions. This feature enables participants to be recorded in a variety of presentation situations, so they can instantly see the areas where improvement is needed and quickly make adjustments by using the skills they are learning during the day. In this way, participants gain hands on experience as they deliver presentations and receive targeted coaching, which enhances rapid learning and behavior change.
