Virtual Exceptional Management
The Exceptional Management Skills training helps supervisors and managers to discover, practice, and develop the skills they need to become not just a great manager, but an exceptional leader to the people in their departments andteams.
This system is based on five interactive, 90-minute live virtual modules utilizing virtual collaboration tools that will engage each and every participant. Each 90 minute module will include a minimum of 45 touchpoints of interaction to keep learners fully engaged and ensure knowledge transfer.
Each training module is supported by field work assignments. Through the field work and coaching, students will immediately apply the skills they have learned to real life situations and then receive constructive feedback in a team setting to ensure higher retention and production.
