Virtual Exceptional Customer Service

This program will develop and strengthen the customer communication skills of any customer service representative through extensive role-playing, interactive exercises, field work and team coaching. Peer-to-peer, formal and informal feedback will improve your employees ability to successfully manage customer service situations.

This program is based on four interactive, 90-minute live virtual modules utilizing virtual collaboration tools that will engage each and every participant. Each 90 minute module will include a minimum of 45 interaction activities to keep learners fully engaged and ensure knowledge transfer.


In addition, each training module is supported by field work assignments and team follow-up coaching session from our professional customer service training consultants. The field work and coaching provides an additional value to Baker Communications customers beyond anything offered by other web-based training programs. Through the field work and coaching, students will immediately apply the skills they have learned to real life customer service situations, and then receive constructive feedback in a team setting to ensure higher retention and production.
