As a testimonial of my immense satisfaction with the learning experience at Baker Communications' "Managerial Coaching Skills" 2-day workshop, I will focus on the three most important aspects of an exceptional training experience: motivating, coaching, and delegating.

Beyond the ability to present the information related to management, the instructor of this seminar series is uniquely able to lead the sessions and create a team-based learning environment where we accepted the bulk of the responsibility to learn through the process of discovery and application of the principles through practice and discussion.

I also liked the workbooks, quick reference cards, videos, and well-designed practical exercises — they helped me to follow and reference information quickly and accurately. Immediate identification and feedback of our actions is the impetus for improvement, and we clearly reviewed discussions to highlight proper behaviors and help diagnose and treat opportunity areas. The appropriate flow of introducing material at strategic points during the workshop reinforced the learning process by building on key concepts incrementally.
