I'd like to sincerely thank you for the excellent quality of the Win-Win Negotiations course that your organization held for my group at AMD. The skills that were taught during the class have proven to be very valuable to my team. We engage in negotiations frequently, both inside the company and with outside vendors and partners. Negotiations range from very informal to extensive formal contractual negotiations.
The main benefit that I have seen in my employees is that they really are able to apply the concept of "win-win" to their everyday activities. Several people indicated to me that their recent negotiations went smoothly and resulted in both sides getting what they want. The course has given the less experienced people on my team the skills and confidence to effectively engage in negotiations with important business partners. The course has also improved the skills of the more experienced people by broadening the palette of techniques that they have to use during difficult negotiations.
The mix of classroom teaching and practice negotiations was excellent and allowed the students to take away valuable skills from the course. Lastly, I would like to commend Christina for the excellent job she did as instructor. The material was presented well and she clearly has a solid understanding of the principles and techniques. I appreciate the follow-up email that she sent to the students to help reinforce the top two negotiating principles.
