Although I was unable to attend the first day of the workshop, the instructor did an amazing job providing me with a thorough day-one summary at the beginning of the second day to bring me up to speed. The instructor had an outstanding stage presence and consistently engaged the audience!
The instructor was a great presenter...funny, well prepared, knowledgeable and very personable. Quick thinking and well versed with applicable quotes, I loved his style! The instructor was also helpful, adding in his industry knowledge to help relate what was being taught.

The instructor did an awsome job. As we were a group of Germans, it was very valuable for us that is could understand German. In addition we had an SAP Top-Performer in class who gave additional input on SAP related topics. These both together were just perfect.
I was very pleased with the content of the session which was a balance of learning and applying the learning in practice. I felt the instructor did a great job facilitating the session and made the time very enjoyable and a great learning experience. Well done !

This is one of the best training classes I have been offered since starting at LM four years ago. The class was very interactive and we had a lot of group work. I definitely learned more in this environment rather than a lecture/power point slides format.
This course included fantastic collaboration opportunities and good content to start thinking about the importance of preparation, different negotiation tactics and neutralizers, and personality and negotiation styles. The instructor did an excellent job!
I was extremely pleased with this class. The perspectives I learned regarding how to deal with various negotiation styles and how to apply conflict resolutions and tactics I believe will be extremely useful in both my professional and personal endeavors.

The class was very well run and the presenter was very engaging. Before this class I had no real understanding of the underlying structure behind negotiations and how to plan for them. I also found it particularly valuable to learn about common tactics.
I did not know what to expect and came out with some really great pieces to use in my day to day business activities. I felt engaged the entire time and felt the instructor used humor and personal life experiences to make the course fun and interesting.
The instructor taught us some very relevant, applicable & useful material, tools, concepts and ideas. Our challenge is to use them and apply them to what we do. The instructor did fantastic presenting the material and driving home the essential points.
I have attended many training and negotiation sessions over many years both in sales and purchasing roles, this is the 1st time I can truly say that I have taken away with me 100% of all that was presented.the instructor is the best trainer i have met.
Excellent 2-day session with our facilitator who trained us to think of conflict as a treasure, to approach negotiations with the tools and framework and EMPATHY needed to make win-wins possible. This will really help our customers and our bottom line.
Session is most likely geared more toward sales professionals. But I found the presentation extremely valuable for service professionals as well.Being able to present win win situations for the customer as well as the organization will prove important.
The instructor was great! She was very engaging & helpful. The first negotiation exercise (White vs McCabe) was difficult - I felt like I didn't really understand the exercise or what we were supposed to be doing with it. The other 2 were much better .
It was a privilege to be a part of the class and it was enjoyable. I appreciate the instructor's efforts in teaching us. It was hard to take two whole days off from regular duties and miss meetings, etc., especially because I am taking Friday off, too.
Super helpful and I think all reps should take this as a refresher or new material. In person would have made these all a 10 (as opposed to via Teams). Real in person negotiation role play add huge amounts of value. Negotiations are pressure by nature.
I have rarely enjoyed that much a training. I was already used to some negociation technics as I learned them for 2 years at school and 5 years on the field as a Sales. But the instructor was a powerfull teacher on negotiation : Useful and Powerfull !
The instructor (last name omitted from all literature) delivers this course in an endlessly engaging fashion and does the unthinkable: He keeps an audience raptured and enthralled for an ENTIRE work day. Few can say that. Carry on the instructor !!!
I didn't quite understand questions 2 and 5. Maybe I didn't understand the names you give things such as "pre-work" and "simulation session". Good insight into the personalities that we're likely to run into, not only professionally, but personally.
The instructor was an excellent presenter of the coursework. He provided me the tools to implement first class negotiation tactics and style to any situation, plus allowed me to hone the newfound skills to specific issues related to my current job.
The instructor was awesome! He had me engaged from the moment he started talking. He is a story teller, he has a story for everything. His delivery was on point, he knew when to get our attention, he knew when to make us laugh. He was a lot of fun.
Excellent pace and leadership by the instructor. We took time to look at individual perspectives on negotiation skills based on personality traits which was very helpful. Negotiating is a lot like playing poker except there can be multiple winners.
To risk mitigate, just give everyone docs up front in times of COVID/virtual learning. I konw that at times it could be distracting for those focusing on the now tasks, but we were left wo docs for a module and I think you lost some momentum there.

It was great to define some of the tactics that you've experienced for years and to understand how gaining an understanding of others' personalities can facilitate a better negotiation. I feel like I can use a lot of the principles learned today.

Overall I think it was a good learning experience and I can use many of the tactics, but we didn't go over BATNA and ZOPA at all during this so I think it's harder to be win-win without going over that more in relation to the tactics we learned.

This course is on point for people who are looking to enahnce their skills in communication and negotiation. Case simulations were particularly helpful. The presenter was very effective in engaging with his audience and bringing home his point
With the opening statement, I thought, "well yeah, another training class". After five minutes I was hooked. The instructor was dynamic, entertaining, fast-paced and relevant in the material he presented. The training was thoroughly enjoyable.

The Win Win Negotiations course was excellent. Our team learned the value of slowing down a bit and applying a values assessment prior to entering into negotiation, so that we could effectively resolve issues in a quick and effective manner.
The 2nd half of the day was very content heavy. I would recommend streamlining some of the breakout activities in the morning in order to get into the content, and then utilize the afternoon to practice learnings during breakout activities.
The negociation tactics we learned in the class are very useful and practical. The strategy for win-win sulotion brings me to the new level of negociation perspective to both our customers and contractors. It gains the value to our company.

I have been to many selling skills trainings throughout my career and this was by far the best one yet. The material was easy to understand and the presentation was very professional and executed in a way that kept the group engaged. .

I have to confess out of the gate, I have done a more than a handful of these type training classes over the years and was skeptical. The instructor was engaging from the start, very down to earth, easy to talk and listen too.
I generally dread doing any one task for two whole days, but I found this course was delivered very intelligently. You would receive learning, then get a chance to discuss it, then apply it, then evaluate. It worked very well

The Negotiation class was very helpful. The scenarios that did not relate to our business helped me come to realizations that I may not have otherwise. It allowed you to dig deep in to the tactics, and put the skills to work.

Great course, hit on all parts of negotiation and then some. The instructor, the presenter, even expanded further on communication and escalation problem solving techniques that were not part of the main program.
Although this course was long I feel like both presenters made it engaging and I was excited to learn more. They have a judgement free approach to which makes people more willing to participate and stay in tuned.

In the role plays i really saw the benefit of thorough planning. Applying BATNA & WATNA to aid my conversation really helped. In addition to recognising the tactics being employed, and how to adapt to them.

Sometimes when an all day training gets scheduled it can have a negative perception. This surprised to the upside. Very positive and valuable experience that is justifies taking time away from work.
Course was informative and delivered very professionally, I am just not a very big fan of role play scenarios , as I compare it to playing poker with and without your hard earned money on the line.
Both of the instructors were excellent...very engaging and entertaining. It made learning and retaining the information a lot easier! By far one of the best trainings I've been to in my 11+ years!
The course was full of great communicaton materials that open your eyes to the things we overlook on a day to day basis and with the expertise of the instructor Dollar, he makes it all come alive!
I had to rush out after my class, but I would really love for the instructor to get the message that I really enjoyed the course and how he presented the material and engaged with us as the class.
Don't be concerned about the complexity of the ideas presented in the course. If you don't get a complex the first time, the second or third examples will allow you to internalize the information.
Going in for this class, it was my second day and I was very intimidated. As soon as the instructor started speaking, I was very captivated by the class, and I learned so much across the two days.
"Never give a consession unless you get something back". Yesterday, my wife and I were at Michael Kors shopping for a purse and I thought I would use what I learned about consessions. It worked!!
I really liked the hands on activities. I believe it is a much better learning styl than a lecture that you will just forget a little later. This was like a team building and training all in one!

I would suggest not going into to much depth on the Insight roles. Most of us are familiar with this topic and I believe we could benefit a lot more if the time was spent on negotiating skills.
I really enjoyed the training and can use the material in my future negotiations, although I hope some day this can be a two day course to go over the information in depth with the instructor.

Win-Win negotiations is a highly useful class for understanding and succeeding in negotiations, even from a beginner's perspective. It also gives crucial experience in realistic role-plays.
The role play exercises were excellent and allowed you to practice the skills you learned. It was very interesting to see who applied the tactics learned and who relied on past experiences.

This was an interesting class. The instructor kept us all engaged by asking questions to the group and with all the activities that let us put what we had learned into tuse.
