This is a very deliberate and beneficial managerial training session that is applicable for Sales Managers and also any of the Managers that have Sales managers reporting to them - Directors, GM, PLM, PLD, VP, etc

There are a lot of interaction in this training and opportunity to share experience with other and hear their feedback. I liked the 15 mins coach session that the trainer has with one of the participant

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learned a lot from it. The content is well organized and focused on practical situations. I particularly enjoyed the behavioral skills and Master Sales Team Meeting.

This training was very insightful in terms of getting to know our own behavioral styles and in uncovering ways to coach effectively with the understanding of other styles as well.

The instructor is an excellent teacher and are able to both provide the theory and real-world examples of what he is teaching, making it highly engaging and easier to understand.
