During the training workshop, participants will gain an understanding of four key Behavioral Styles, in order to communicate most effectively with various clients and co-workers. Throughout the highly interactive seminar, participants will receive personal instruction and hands-on practice using proven conflict resolution tools such as the 3 Fs process to equip them to be able to deescalate difficult conflicts and resolve interpersonal disputes quickly and effectively.
