Tennessee Valley Authority Returns to Baker Communications for IT Exceptional Customer Service Training

The Tennessee Valley Authority, a government-owned non-profit corporation providing electricity, flood control, navigation and land management services in the southeastern United States, has requested that Baker Communications again deliver customized Exceptional Customer Service training for their customer service representatives. The Authority used the Baker workshop last year, and was pleased to find training focused on key customer service skills as well as advanced skills and solutions for representatives in the IT field. The TVA requested that Baker provide this specialized customer service training program for their representatives again.

An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Nashville, Tennessee to meet with TVA customer service staff. During this highly interactive training session, participants will gain practical experience using effective service and communication techniques, such as Active Listening, to quickly establish rapport with others and work toward finding effective solutions for their issues. Attendees of the IT customer service training workshop will also gain expertise in communicating with different personality types and handling angry individuals, allowing them to deal effectively with difficult situations and defuse conflict.
