Senior-Level Instructors, Presentations and Negotiations Experts from Baker Communications will meet with Stericycle sales professionals to deliver this intensive custom training workshop. During this training experience, participants will gain experience using fundamental presentation tools such as the ASIA Opening (Audience, Idea, Solution, and Action Request) introductory format to quickly catch interest, and will learn speaking techniques to refine their delivery and keep their presentations lively and engaging. Attendees will also cover key negotiation concepts such as the five phases of negotiation, and appropriate strategies to apply during each phase. Stericycle sales representatives in these training sessions will also learn how to set expectations and to establish goals and boundaries, helping them appropriately handle any offers or requests for concessions.
