Best Line Equipment, a regional, privately held heavy equipment company in Pennsylvania, has chosen Baker to help their sales staff sharpen their negotiation skills in a B2B sales environment and to enhance the leadership skills of their sales managers. Best Line had discovered a tendency among their sales team to discount prices when objections are raised or other competitors are brought up by customers, and they wanted to furnish their sales representatives with the skills and tools to negotiate more effectively. Baker was also asked to come onsite and conduct a Sales Management Leadership program, implementing a Pathways to Growth sales management program.

Sales Management Leadership trainees will learn vital sales management and effective leadership strategies such as motivation, delegation and effective feedback and evaluations, leading to better planning, improved communication, and a more efficient and productive sales staff.
