Islamadora, Village of Islands, has requested that Baker Communications design and deliver customized Exceptional Customer Service training for its city employees. The village was seeking a training partner to improve internal customer service, personal interaction and communication skills, and interactions with village residents and visitors. They selected Baker’s training based on their experience training municipal employees, and a curriculum focused on customer service best practices and handling difficult situations. The village appreciates Baker’s communication-based approach to customer service, and expects that the seminar will meet their employees’ customer service training needs.
An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Florida to work with Islamadora city administrators and employees. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will gain practical experience using strategies such as the 3 F’s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them work toward effective resolution of village residents’ issues. Attendees of the Exceptional Customer Service training workshop will learn and practice using effective customer service techniques such as Empathy and Active Listening to quickly establish rapport with residents and visitors, communicating a sense of understanding and respect and fostering goodwill between the city government and its people while working in the interest of Islamadora residents.
