The Arizona House of Representatives has requested that Baker Communications present Exceptional Customer Service training for their support staff. The Arizona House wanted to provide their support staff members with training to build a foundation of great customer service skills to benefit their representatives and their constituencies. They sought a training partner with a program that would help their staff develop the skill sets they need to effectively serve the public. An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Phoenix to work with Arizona House of Representatives support staff members. During this intensive skills workshop, participants will gain practical experience using proven customer service strategies such as the 3 F’s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them resolve issues for constituents. About the Arizona House of Representatives
The Arizona House of Representatives is the lower house of the Arizona Legislature, the state legislature of the US state of Arizona. Its members are elected to two-year terms with a term limit of four consecutive terms (eight years). Members of the Republican Party currently hold a majority in the House, and its Speaker is David M. Gowan, Sr. Each of the state's 30 legislative districts elects two representatives. Multi-member districts are also used in the Washington, North Dakota and Idaho House of Representatives, as well as the New Jersey General Assembly, and are less common than the single-member districts used by most state legislatures. Each Representative represents a district of at least 172,000. The House convenes in the legislative chambers at the Arizona State Capitol in Phoenix.
