Note

  • On December 9, 2024 Objective Management group changed how it evaluates the Closing competency. As a result of this change, on average, closing scores increased by 31 points. All closing scores posted prior to this date do not reflect this adjustment, but Baker Communications recommends you take this change into account.

Fuel-IQ Release 4.0

  • Fuel-IQ now includes notifications when key events occur (e.g. a salesperson is added to a manager, a user creates a new action plan, etc.

Improved

  • When looking at the checkpoint comparison for a team or hierarchy, you now have the option to select "Most Recent" which will chart the most recent checkpoint for all users on the team or in the hierarchy.
  • When viewing a checkpoint comparison, you can now click on a series in the legend and it will be highlighted in the chart and each of its data points will display.
  • The leader's resource page now contains a coaching prep form.

  • Checkpoint comparisons for salespeople now correctly shows the overall salesperson average line.

Fixed

  • There was a situation where if a team had no salespeople on it and the user looked at certain competencies, they would get a blank screen.
  • If some users did not have values for certain competencies, rollup views containing those users would display misleading statistics. The rollups now display the percentage of users with "No Value".
  • When assigning activities from "Power Search", some activities were not showing up.
  • You can now sort on competencies in the "Reporting Engine"

Fuel-IQ Release 2.1.1

  • When new releases are pushed out, a pop up will appear when a user logs in, giving them a link to the release notes page.
  • The My Hierarchy tab for managers and leaders now includes a dashboard and drill down view for their reporting structure. It is no longer necessary to create teams to see rollup values on the hierarchy.
  • There is a new team management view that allows adding and removing multiple users from teams managing the team leads

  • Action plans have been completely revamped to provide a more comprehensive process.
  • Teams now support the concept of a team lead. This replaces the ability of all managers on a team being able to see the team information. This new feature is turned off by default and must be turned on in the Org Settings screen.
  • The Leader screen has be re-organized for better readability.
  • In Power Search attribute values that are part of the filter are now displayed in the results table.
  • Attributes for tactical sales competencies now have information icons that display the attribute's definition when hovered over.
