Sorry just getting back to you now. I am in Kazakhstan where it is 20F... burrrrr cold!!!! I really did enjoy the training class. One of my comments is I have never been in a training course where for 2 solid days you are on the go and have “real" homework to do, where the instructors are constantly motivating , pushing, and encouraging you to face your area of weakness. But at the same time, in the end I have learned so much from 2 really great instructors and don't feel like this is just a training class to meet my hours per year.
I wish I had known about my class earlier. And I think the class was very interactive and a good size. We had 8 people in the class-including me and not including the 2 instructors. I thought this was a good size and it was large enough to get feedback from others in the class and get "personal" attention from the instructors. My goal for the 2 days was voice (along with 3-4 others in the class too). I feel like I at least left the class with strategy * knowledge to apply/work on my voice. I also learned a lot of other techniques like speaking when you are seated and how to posture yourself so you have a better projection. I am HIGHLY recommending this class to my colleagues and friends. It was well worth what I paid for. I am glad that I also bought the CD and paid for the refresher course for reinforcement.
I also would be interested in attending an advanced class to the one I attended (Exceptional Presentation). Most definitely!
Overall, I thought it was a fantastic class and money well spent!
Hope to hear from you soon and great to have met you (via phone) and the rest of your teammates.
Have a great weekend!
